ui-dapp-browser - Version 2.8.0

Features

• start routing directly on dapp-browser load, so cached ens addresses can be directly resolved from ipfs, without waiting for bcc
• enable cached-dapp dbcp type to get better initial loading speed

• fix weird browser refresh in onboarding
